Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the date of purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
All returns must include order packing slip and original packaging poly bags. Items must be unworn, unwashed, show no signs of wear, have original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging. Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear. All items are subject to inspection.
Swimwear must be returned in its original condition with tags and hygienic strips attached, or it will be considered defective and not accepted for a refund. If item is rejected, it will be returned at your own cost or donated. For sanitary reasons, please try on all swimwear over undergarments with hygienic strips attached.
All shoe returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels. If you are returning shoes, the box must be placed in another package/box for shipping to protect the shoe box. If there are shipping stickers or labels on the shoe box, we will not accept a return. If shoes show evidence of being worn, we will not accept the return.
Prints are sold without frames and are final sale items. An additional shipping fee of $5+ will be added to your total, as these are printed on demand.
All items with prices listed online ending in $ .99 or if noted as "final sale" in the product description are Final Sale and cannot be returned. Please keep this in mind when choosing sizes and products. If you have any size questions, you can always reach out to our customer service team for guidance at email@example.com.
We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
We reserve the right to reject any item that does not comply with our return policy.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All returns must be mailed to 100 Allentown, Suite 211 Allen, TX 75002. Once the return is received and approved, a refund will be processed.
