Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the date of purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
All returns must include order packing slip and original packaging poly bags. Items must be unworn, unwashed, show no signs of wear, have original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging. Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear. All items are subject to inspection.
All items with prices listed online ending in $ .99 or if noted as "final sale" in the product description are Final Sale and cannot be returned. Please keep this in mind when choosing sizes and products. If you have any size questions, you can always reach out to our customer service team for guidance at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
We reserve the right to reject any item that does not comply with our return policy.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All returns must be mailed to 100 Allentown, Suite 211 Allen, TX 75002. Once the return is received and approved, a refund will be processed.
